Sara is an Italian girl who arrived in the San Blas Islands after a year of backpacking and exploring Latin America. She immediately fell in love with the place, its culture, and life on a boat. Since then, she has not left a boat, and her sailing adventures include Colombia, Panama, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. She decided to leave her life as an elementary school teacher in Italy to return to the place where she left her heart and make the boat her home, cooking Mediterranean dishes that mix the various culinary traditions and cultures she discovered during her travels. She speaks Italian, Spanish, and English fluently, and has a deep passion for freediving, in which she is an instructor.
Jonathan is a French-Canadian sailor. He speaks French, English, and Spanish. He is a passionate world traveler. He is cheerful, curious, and likes to laugh. He has been very attached to the Kuna culture for 12 years.
He started sailing at a young age with his family. She has sailed the Atlantic three times, including once with Alexia Barrier Vendee Globe Imoca. She knows the best remote spot for tranquility and snorkelling, and can also organise a beach party with a bonfire if you wish. She loves doing yoga on the beach and can teach you how to free dive if you wish. She loves making espresso with cream for guests.

In the event of cancellation prior to 30 days, you are entitled to a 50% refund of your security deposit, only for certified extenuating circumstances, natural disasters, serious accidents, or serious illnesses diagnosed before the day of arrival. This applies to all hotels and beach and seaside vacation destinations worldwide.
How to get to San Blas from Panama City
Overland
4x4 + Boat
Ground transportation from the hotel, Tocumen airport or other point from Panama City, to the San Blas terminal in Carti:
Road travel costs $60/person in a shared 4x4 round trip.
(Transportation from another point in Panama, and/or by private transportation, consult the cost) Privately $180 one way and $180 return. (maximum 6 places).
The car will take you to the port of Carti in San Blas, where a boat will take you to the sailboat or catamaran, normally you are expected to arrive at the boat around 9:30am
The price of the boat is $60 per person round trip.
