100% payment policy

- For cancellations made up to 60 days before check-in, a refund of the reservation will be made.
- 30 days before check-in, a 50% refund is made.
- Less than 30 days before check-in, we do not refund the reservation amount.
This Cancellation Policy is valid if you have paid 100% of the total amount of your reservation.

If you have chosen to pay the basic reservation fee, only 20% of the total amount is due. T

his 20% is non-refundable in case of cancellations.

PAYMENTS We accept cash, PayPal, and bank transfers (local and international).

SECURITY DEPOSIT You must pay 20% of the boat price to reserve your boat and date.

The balance is due in cash on the day of boarding or 1 week prior to check-in via bank transfer.

*Except for the Lagoon 52M and Salinas 48 boats, which require a 50% deposit to guarantee the reservation.

CHILDREN ON BOARD

* Children under 2 years old travel free when sleeping with their parents.

* Children aged 3 to 7 years old receive a 25% discount.

* Children 8 years and older pay the adult rate.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

- Check-in 10:00 AM, check-out 7:20 AM (may be extended until 3:00 PM subject to availability and with an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate)

- We welcome children of all ages.

- Smoking: smoking is permitted only on the exterior aft deck. -

Electricity and drinking water are precious resources on board and must be used responsibly and economically.

ADDITIONAL FEE High Season Surcharge: 20% additional charge

* From December 15th to January 15th.

* 20% additional charge during Carnival and Easter (TBD)

and national holidays.
